White seringa withstands light frost and is quite drought resistant. It is a medium sized, fast growing, deciduous tree, usually with a single, long, straight trunk. Kirkia acuminata has bright green, once compound leaves, arranged in a beautiful mushroom shaped crown. White seringa exhibits striking autumn colors. Kirkia acuminata’s root system is quite aggressive. Plant it as a focal point in the larger garden.
