Ilex mitis | Cape holly trees for sale | Without

Cape holly (Afrikaans name is Without) is very frost hardy but not drought tolerant. It is a fairly large evergreen tree which grows at a medium rate. Ilex mitis has dark green leaves and a neat, upright growth form. Young leaves are dark red, giving the tree a striking appearance. Cape holly’s root system is not aggressive and the tree will provide deep shade for a lager garden or park.
