Nuxia floribunda | Forest elder trees for sale | Bosvlier

Forest elder is 'n medium sized, fast growing, evergreen tree. Initially it has a cigar shape, with dense branches covering the trunk. When the tree matures, it forms a dense round crown and the branches covering its trunk dies off. Nuxia floribunda has bright green leaves which gives the tree a beautiful appearance. It bears heads in profusion of small white flowers. When the tree flowers in its natural forest environment, its color stands in sharp contrast to its forest neighbors' - a truly beautiful sight.  Forest elder is an undiscovered jewel which offers something extraordinary to the garden enthusiast. The tree responds well to pruning and you can control its size and form in this way. Hence our view that it can even be planted in a very small garden.  Nuxia floribunda also does well in a planter or large pot.
