Cussonia spicata | Cabbage tree for sale | Gewone kiepersol 

Common cabbage tree (also known as Low veld cabbage tree) withstands light frost and is quite drought tolerant. It is an evergreen tree which grows quite fast when young, but it takes time for the tree to form a canopy. Cussonia spicata has large, bright green leaves and a neat upright growth form. It will make a striking focal point in any garden. Notwithstanding that the Common cabbage tree grows to a small/medium size, it has an aggressive root system. If you have a small garden it is best to plant Cussonia spicata in a large pot. It does well in a container and requires little care.
