September-bush (Septemberbossie) is a fast growing, small, evergreen tree with an open-branch growth form and non-aggressive roots. The tree is known for its showy, purple flowers, often borne in profusion. It flowers almost throughout the year. Polygala myrtifolia has non-aggressive roots, needs modest water and tolerates light frost.
